Regarding alcohol, Bilyeu Dragonfly does not purchase or provide the alcohol due to Arkansas liquor laws. We'll consult with you to determine the appropriate amount of alcohol to purchase based on your guest count and preferences. You absolutely get to pick which beer, wine, and spirits we use to craft your custom drinks!
What kind of drinks do you serve, and what makes bilyeu dragonfly unique?
Our base package typically includes two choices of beer, two choices of wine, and one personalized cocktail designed just for your event. A guest favorite is our delightful wine slushies – they are super tasty and add a unique, fun twist! All of this is served from our beautifully remodeled vintage 2-horse trailer, which creates a memorable and charming focal point for any gathering.
What are the setup requirements for the mobile bar?
We serve from our unique vintage 2-horse trailer, which we can decorate to match your event's colors or theme. While we prefer to be near electric and water services for optimal operation, it's not strictly mandatory for your event. We will need sufficient space to park our trailer safely and ensure there's ample room for your guests to enjoy the bar experience.
